A London-based Housing Association is seeking an Interim Capital Project Accountant for a 6-9 month contract to manage key capital finance processes and ensure compliance with new policies.

In this role, you will:

  • Review recent policy changes and ensure they are correctly implemented across ongoing and recent capital projects
  • Address a backlog in the major repairs programme, ensuring that capital finance data is properly handled
  • Ensure all capital accounting aligns with new policies and that robust processes are in place going forward.
