Description
- Oversee the production of monthly and annual financial reports.
- Supervise a small team of accounting professionals.

Profile
A successful Financial Accountant should have:
- A degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
- Professional accountancy qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
- Proven experience in a financial management role within a not-for-profit organisation.

- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
