Robertson Bell are supporting this unique organisation to recruit an Interim Finance Officer on an initial three-to-six-month contract. The head office is based in London, operating on a highly attractive hybrid working pattern – asking a minimum of three days per month in the office.
The Interim Finance Officer’s main responsibilities will include:
- Being the first point of contact for supplier queries and resolving these.
- Reconciling the bank accounts.
- Processing large volume invoices, ensuring all payments have been posted onto the system accurately, spotting discrepancies and resolving these.
The successful Interim Finance Officer must have:
- The ability and drive to be proactive and work efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal – being able to answer queries effectively.
- Experience in Accounts Payable handling a large volume of invoices.
