Your new roleThe Financial Controller will be an all-rounder due to the size of the organisation, completing duties such as -
- Financial Reporting
- Financial Analysis
- Month-End and Year-End Close
- Internal Controls
- Financial Modelling
- Preparing financial statements
- Management accounts.
What you'll need to succeedAs a qualified accountant with SME property company experience, you will be immediately available to start working. This role will be the main point of contact in finance, so you will be expected to have experience in financial controllership having worked in a similar role previously.
