- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Experience of reporting under IFRS (essential)
- Previous experience of working within a group function
- Previous experience of auditing large businesses
- Managing audit and preparing statutory accounts / Consolidation / Tax compliance.
- Preparation of monthly consolidated balance sheet and cash flow for management accounts.
- Managing the accounting and payroll team of 9 people
- Management of the balance sheet and tax compliance
- Acquisition integration and rationalization of corporate structure
