This position is ideally suited for commercial finance professionals with a strong background in accounting or audit—someone with energy, passion, and a people-centric mindset.

The Role
While primarily focused on group reporting, your key objectives will be to fuel business growth and deliver accounting excellence. As the successful Interim Group Accountant, you will be involved in the following:
- Act as a true commercial finance partner, engaging with stakeholders and driving value
- Group reporting and group consolidated accounts
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
- Manage year-end accounting and monthly management accounts
- Facilitate internal and external audit processes
- Spearhead process improvement initiatives
- Provide support for controls, risk management, and compliance efforts
- Conduct comprehensive balance sheet and P&L reviews
- Prepare statutory accounts and contribute to month-end reporting
- Contribute to FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and planning
Your Profile
We are looking for individuals who are not only qualified accountants but also embody qualities such as humility, innovation, and a genuine enthusiasm for relationship-building and value creation. Your personality and attitude are just as crucial as your qualifications.
If you possess the following attributes, we want to hear from you:
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- If you are currently in Audit, or are a Financial Accountant / Group Accountant, we would love to hear from you
- Experience gained in a large, complex business
