A large London-based Not-for-Profit organisation is seeking a Management Accountant on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will deliver high-quality management accounts, budgeting, and analysis for some of the organisation’s more complex business areas, ensuring robust financial insight and control.

  • Preparing management accounts, including accruals, prepayments, and journals.
  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial analysis to drive decision-making.
  • Working with stakeholders to provide financial insight and challenge on business performance.
  • Ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial reporting in a complex, multi-entity environment.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.

This is an opportunity to work in a commercially focused Not-for-Profit with a sizeable, complex structure. With exposure to senior stakeholders and a dynamic financial environment, this role is well-suited to someone looking to develop towards Finance Business Partnering. The successful applicant will work from the attractive and modern office in London twice per week.

To be considered, candidates must:

  • Be fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Have experience in management accounts production, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Be ambitious and progressing towards Finance Business Partnering in their career.
  • Have experience in a scaled organisation with a complex group structure.
  • Ideally have worked in an asset-heavy environment, such as property, construction, housing, or a charity with diverse income and expenditure streams.
