Description

  • Oversee the quality review process for audit assignments completed by team members to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Lead the creation, refinement, and staff training for internal audit methodologies, ensuring documentation is maintained within AuditBoard, shared folders, and Teams channels, aligned with industry standards and best practices.
  • Assess risks, review controls, and propose actionable solutions to address any identified gaps.
  • Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of recommended audit actions.
  • Establish and nurture strong working relationships with key stakeholders, leveraging these connections to gather insights and drive collaboration.

Profile

- Ability to work with different key stakeholders, with strong communication skills

- Qualified accountant experience, CIA, CISA, ACA or ACCA qualified

- Understanding of standards and regulatory changes
