Senior International Tax and Transaction Tax Manager - Financial Services

My client is a well-regarded specialist FS International tax and Transaction Tax team, they are currently seeking to hire Talented Senior Managers into their fast-growing team in London.

The team helps global businesses navigate the complex landscape of international tax and cross border international transactions.

The Opportunity:

As a Senior Manager, you'll play a crucial role in advising clients on international tax strategies, mergers, acquisitions, and other cross border transactions. You'll work closely with our clients' leadership teams to ensure their tax affairs are aligned with their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in international tax advisory or transactions tax with a focus on financial services.
  • CTA/ACA or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of tax regulations.
