International Taxes Senior Manager

We are seeking an International Taxes Senior Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a Chartered Tax Adviser with a passion for international tax law and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in cross-border tax advisory and compliance, and a proactive approach to client management and business development.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide expert cross-border tax advice to businesses and individuals, ensuring compliance with UK tax laws and optimising tax positions.
  • Advise on permanent establishment and residence issues, including the tax implications of establishing a presence in the UK or abroad.
  • Navigate and apply double tax treaties, advise on Transfer Pricing, CFC rules, and Diverted Profits Tax to ensure compliance and efficient tax structures.
  • Guide clients on global mobility issues, including tax implications for employees working across borders and expatriate taxation.
  • Engage in building and maintaining an international network of contacts, participating in conferences and cross-border collaborations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) qualification, with specialised knowledge in international tax issues.
  • Extensive experience in advising on cross-border tax matters, with a focus on UK inbound and outbound transactions.
  • Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of international tax laws, including permanent establishment rules, residence issues, and double tax treaties.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly. Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
  • Client-centric approach with a strong commitment to addressing the unique needs of international clients.
  • Strong networking skills and a proactive approach to relationship building within the international tax community.
  • Ability to manage complex projects independently and drive results.
