International Tax Senior Manager - PE Backed Firm

A leading London-based accounting, tax, and advisory firm, backed by private equity and part of a global network of independent firms, is seeking an International Tax Senior Manager. Over the past decade, the firm's tax practice has expanded to include specialist international tax services, making this a rapidly growing area.

Role Overview:The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of international tax clients, providing expert guidance on cross-border tax planning and compliance. This includes advising on permanent establishment, tax residency, transfer pricing, and global mobility. The role also involves client relationship management, business development, and collaboration with international contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert cross-border tax advice for businesses and individuals entering or expanding into the UK.
  • Advise on permanent establishment and tax residency matters.
  • Utilise double tax treaties to minimise double taxation risks.
  • Ensure compliance with Transfer Pricing, CFC rules, and Diverted Profits Tax regulations.
  • Offer advice on expatriate taxation and global mobility strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a global network to support cross-border business development.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • CTA qualified with significant international tax experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Transfer Pricing, CFC, Diverted Profits Tax, and global mobility.
  • ADIT or similar qualifications are advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Proven ability to network and build relationships within the international tax community.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing complex projects independently.
