Junior Accountant, London

3-4 month contract

£35,000 - £40,000 per annum

We've partnered exclusively with a leading investment firm, specialising mainly in private equity and distressed assets across Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity for a part-qualified Accountant to join their team, working across both the corporate and fund accounting teams!

Key responsibilities:

Collecting invoices and setting up invoice payments online via the banking portal
Maintaining the weekly cashflow
Updating the bank balances, ensuring payments are in line with the bank statement/HSBC online portal
VAT reporting - assisting with the review and submission of quarterly returns which are prepared by external administrators
Fund / Portfolio company management fee invoicing and expense recharging
Assisting with the management accounts

Personal Specification:

ACCA/ACA/CIMA Part-Qualified
Investment industry experience desirable
Immediately available
