Role: Junior Accountant
Reporting to: Management Accountant
Description
- Process day-to-day financial transactions, including debit / credit cards.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of trial balances.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial data.
- Assist in month-end reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with senior accountants on financial audits and other accounting projects.
Profile
- Working towards relevant qualifications (AAT, ACCA, CIMA OR equivalent)
- Happy to come into the office 5 days a week in the office.
- A solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Familiarity with double-entry bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of debits, credits, and the trial balance process.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
