M&A Integration Accountant | £80,000-£85,000 | 6-month FTC | London/Hybrid (3 days P/W office based)Arthur Recruitment have partnered with a high-growth MGA to support with their search for a M&A Integration Accountant. This person will be responsible for supporting the post-merger integration ensuring the entities are aligned to group reporting requirements.The successful candidate will have a strong background in integration's, managing stakeholder relationships and efficiently putting a routine processes in place for smooth delivery.Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the finalisation of completion account and true-up payments
  • Aligning target to group reporting
  • Implement process of data capture for Group KPIs
  • Support with year 1 budget set up/bridging to investment case
  • Lead the finalisation of completion account and true-up payments
  • Review of target’s existing finance operation and proposing a detailed integration plan covering areas such as accounts payable, professional advisor relationship, system integration and other areas
  • Liaise with internal teams to align financial and operational objectives
  • Track deal performance and identify areas for improvement
Skills & Experience
  • M&A / Transactional experience from a top public accountancy practice (Big 4 ideally)
  • 5+ years post qualified accounting experience
  • Insurance experience is highly desirable
This role will require occasional travel between offices, as well as attending events and meetings when required.
