Winston Churchill.  Sheridan Maine is partnering with a leading marketing company located in the heart of London to recruit an experienced Management Accountant. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic, creative environment, providing you with exposure to multiple disciplines within Finance & Accounting.Your responsibilities as the Management Accountant will include:
  • Production and consolidation of monthly management reporting packs for several entities.
  • Support audits, tax compliance, SOX requirements, and local compliance initiatives.
  • Analysis of profit and loss statements and clarification of cost discrepancies.
  • Assist with the integration of new acquisitions.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
  • Assist with reconciling U.S. GAAP and local GAAP for international subsidiaries.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and lead global and EMEA projects to completion.
  • Work with legal teams, external consultants, and banks to establish new subsidiaries and set up accounting processes.
  • Support the Financial Controller in developing and implementing stronger control procedures.
  • Contribute to the analysis, planning, and execution of company-wide projects.
  • Collaborate with finance and non-finance teams to provide valuable financial insights and strategic recommendations.
To be considered for the position of Management Accountant, you will:
  • Be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with proven experience in management accounting.
  • Have strong technical skills, including experience in managing multiple entities and navigating tax and compliance frameworks.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with cross-functional teams.
  • Be able to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment and contribute to business growth.
