Management Accountant - 12 month + contract
London
£300 - £350 per day inside IR35
Cobalt is excited to be partnering with a Real Estate Developer, Investor, and Manager in London, in a search for a Management Accountant to join their established team on an initial 12-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Review quarterly management accounts and cash flows, including variance analysis
- Bank and rent reconciliation review
- Review the year-end statutory accounts
- Review VAT returns
- Stakeholder management, dealing with external auditors and agents
- Review of the systems and processes to make sure efficiencies are realised and maintained
Key Attributes
- Finalist/ Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Working knowledge within the Property industry is a must
- Confident in your ability to engage with senior stakeholders internally and externally
