Management Accountant - TempUp to £250 a day Hybrid Working (2 days in)Net-Suite essential London

We are looking for a highly capable and adaptable Management Accountant or Assistant Accountant to join my client on a three-month initial contract. This role will support the financial reporting team during audit and whilst they implement new systems and processes.

You will need to have strong technical skills, experience with Net-Suite, and the ability to work flexibly in a dynamic environment. Please email your CV to

Responsibilities include:

Support transactional month-end reporting, including prepayments, accruals, depreciation,
and reconciliations.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist with month- and year-end close processes in preparation for the audit.
Potential involvement in preparing VAT returns.
Assist with accounts receivable tasks, liaising with the commercial team to ensure smooth
operations.
Provide ad hoc support to the senior accountant, particularly in relation to new system and
process implementations.
Assist with the preparation of ad-hoc requests from various stakeholders.

Candidate Specification:

Part-qualified ACA or ACCA (or equivalent)
Proven experience with Net-Suite is essential
Proficiency in Excel, with experience in tools like Shopify and Amazon Seller Service being
a strong advantage.
Solid understanding of transactional accounting and financial reporting processes.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with other teams.
Experience working in high-growth companies, particularly in a star tup or scale-up
environment, and familiarity with both B2B and B2C industries is beneficial.
Familiarity with overseas tax requirements, reporting standards, and working with
multi-currency and multi-entity companies is advantageous but not essential.
Ability to manage data and leverage systems and automation to minimize manual tasks
