Management Accountant | Creative & Production Agency | London

Harmonic are delighted to partner with a fast-growth Creative & Production Agency on a Management Accountant position. Founded 15 years ago, they're currently turning over around £5mill and have established themselves as one of the most well renowned names in the agency & production space. With a 50-person headcount and further growth plans over the next 12-18 months, they partner with a multitude of global clients across the UK, USA & Asia and have won countless awards over the last decade.

They have a fantastic office space in the heart of Central London and are a values driven business who are now looking for an eager Management Accountant to join their sociable, collaborative team.

The Role:

Reporting into a brilliant Finance Director, the role takes full ownership of the management accounts process including posting accruals, analysis of movements, comparison to budget and production of monthly packs. The opportunity is exceptionally broad, where you will be instrumental in helping to drive efficiencies and making a more robust finance function. The role also has a clear progression pathway to become Finance Manager/Financial Controller in the midterm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the Management Accounts process (accruals, movement analysis, budget comparison & monthly pack production).
  • Budgeting & forecasting
  • Designing the balance sheet reconciliation process
  • Manage the junior finance team members and oversee AP / AR processes
  • Reconcile costs on finished projects and help manage over & underspends
  • Receivables & cash management
  • Ad hoc duties where required

What We Need to See (Essential Skills):

  • PQ ACCA / ACA / CIMA (in studies)
  • Previous Creative Agency experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Good all-rounder, proactive, team player
  • Driven to grow into a more senior role with the business

Start Date: Q2 2025

Salary: £45,000-£52,000 + study support

Location: Central London (Shoreditch) / Hybrid (2-3 days p/week WFH)
