Management Accountant

• This role is responsible for overseeing the overall financial function of the business and being able to manage and provide insight into all financial matters
• Responsible for the revision and analysis of company performance to produce quality management reports
• Interpret financial information and provide commercial commentary communication on this information
• Develop process improvements to streamline reporting
• Responsible for weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting on profitability and overall business position

Management Accountant

• Responsible for providing insights into company expenditure
• Build credibility with business units through provision of first-class internal stakeholder management.
• National Approved Lettings Scheme forms will need to be completed by July, each year.
• Full Managers accounts will need to be produced quarterly and reported to the Company Director two weeks after the quarter end.
• Confirmation of the clients’ accounts will need to be reported, and Tenancy Deposit Scheme will need to agree to the Aspacia System on a monthly basis.
• Debtors will need to be reported to the Company Director to ensure no lost revenue
