PQ Part Qualified - This £200m international Media / Advertising Business has an excellent opportunity in its Group finance team in London, supporting the business.

It is seeking a pro-active Part Qualified accountant (PQ) with a good work record for a Group Management Accountant role.

Study support will be provided. Hybrid working.

This international Media / Advertising Business is growing both organically and by acquisition, so excellent career opportunity and progression is available in this Group Management Accountant role.

Reporting to the Group Finance Manager and liaising closely with the Head of Finance and the wider finance team, the Group Management Accountant role carries significant responsibility and includes:

  • Provision of insightful analysis and support the preparation monthly management accounts for the group, comparing to budgets, forecasts, previous periods and KPI's.
  • Assistance with the preparation and update of the group consolidated budget and rolling forecast
  • Responsibility for the accounting for an international subsidiary
  • Consolidation of financial and non-financial information from key stakeholders across the group's international subsidiaries and operating units.
  • Support the preparation of corporation tax computations including forecasting and cash flow modelling.
  • Discounted cash flow modelling to aid year end audit going concern and impairment models
  • Assist with the preparation of the year-end financial statements including cashflow and balance sheet reconciliations

Strong communication skills and initiative are needed for this Part Qualified PQ ACCA/CIMA Group Management Accountant role to liaise across the business, together with excellent IT / Excel skills. Experience of Oracle NetSuite and Vena would be useful but not essential.
