You will be responsible for preparing the monthly management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, and liaise with budget holders when required.The Successful Candidate

Part-qualified (CCAB) or working towards a recognised finance qualification.
Experienced in preparing and presenting management accounts, explaining variances, and engaging with stakeholders.
Experience in a housing or property management is preferable
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other IT tools, with strong attention to detail and communication skills.
