Description
- Oversee the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls
- Liaise with external auditors to facilitate audits
- Collaborate with the finance team to plan and monitor the budget
- Perform variance analyses to identify trends and make recommendations
- Support the development of long-term strategic plans
- Ensure compliance with financial legislation and regulations
- Manage and mentor junior team members
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification (e.g., CMA, ACCA)
- Proficiency in financial management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of financial legislation and regulation
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
