Join a dynamic and expanding retail group known for its premium fashion and homeware brands. My client are seeking a talented Management Accountant to join their central team, supporting the growth of their vibrant brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the monthly stock reporting process across all brands.
- Handle payroll processing for central and store staff, including managing bonus and incentive accruals.
- Support month-end close processes and conduct variance analysis against budgets/forecasts.
- Serve as a key audit contact and address audit queries.
- Contribute to statutory accounts notes and disclosures.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance financial reporting processes.
- Assist with special projects and new initiatives as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.Requirements:
- Newly qualified CIMA or ACCA.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines independently.
- Flexible and proactive approach to new tasks and projects.
- Strong team player with effective communication skills.
- Experience in retail or multisite operations is preferred but not essential.
- Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
