Robert Half Finance and Accounting are partnering with global Sports brand based in Central London to recruit an immediate, Qualified Management Accountant for a 3-6 month contract.
Role:
Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, Qualified Management Accountant for a 3-6 month contract role.
In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Accurate and timely monthly departmental management accounts
- Assist with commentary in the monthly management pack
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations (Key being accruals, prepayments, deferred income)
- Inter-company reconciliations
- Run system FX revaluations
- Maintain the fixed asset register within Dynamics
- Management of Assistant Management Accountant (not immediately)
- Review of work prepared by Assistant Management Accountant
- Responsibility for re-classifications / recharges
- Business partner with relevant teams on new contracts and assess reporting impact
- Assist with set-up of international branches and accounting for these
- Prepare technical accounting papers with support of the FC
- Form a key role in evolving and refining business processes
- Other ad hoc tasks as required External Reporting:
- Assist the FC with the preparation of the financial statements for company and group
- Assist with the annual audit process
- Prepare supporting schedules for the audit process
Profile:
The successful interim Management Accountant will be Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CA and be a proactive and resilient individual, who has full set management accounting experience as well experience preparing financial statements.
You must be on no more than a 1 week notice to be considered for this role.

Our client is a global Sports brand based in Central London who are looking to recruit an immediate Qualified Management Accountant for a 3-6 month contract. This role is hybrid based and will be based in the office 4 days per week.
Salary & Benefits:
This Qualified Management Accountant role will be paying circa £350-450 per day via an umbrella company, dependant on experience.
