- Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with experience in management accounting
- Strong Excel skills and confident communicator
- Detail-driven, analytical, and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset
- Ideally experienced in startups or high-growth environments, with familiarity in tools like Xero and payroll management
