- Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts. Liaise with department heads and seek insightful commentary on department performance.
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Supporting the financial reporting and month-end close activities.
- Conducting balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Providing financial insight to key stakeholders to aid decision-making.
- Assisting with process improvements and financial controls.
- Supporting audits and liaising with external auditors as required.
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or studying towards qualification.
- At least two years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly.
