The Role:We're seeking a qualified Management Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) to become an integral part of a high-performing finance team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering insightful financial analysis, robust management reporting, and strategic input to drive the business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present monthly management accounts, including variance analysis.
- Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to improve financial performance.
- Provide actionable insights through detailed cost analysis and reporting.
- Manage and streamline month-end processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Support strategic planning by identifying financial risks and opportunities.
- Assist in financial projects such as process improvement and system implementation.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
- Strong background in management accounting, preferably within FMCG or a similar fast-paced industry.
- Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, able to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders effectively.
- A proactive mindset, ready to take initiative and drive positive change.
