Role: Newly Qualified Management Accountant
Location: Central London - 2-3 days in office
Salary: £55-65k + bonus & benefits
This is a very progressive and exciting automotive technology business based in central London. They have built an intuitive platform that allows more fluid transactions when trading, buying and selling vehicles. Backed by some of the most well-respected VC firms, they are undergoing a period of strong growth.
Due to this growth, they are looking to expand their commercial & accounting team by recruiting a Newly Qualified Management Accountant to join the department.
Role
This position will play a pivotal role in partnering with the business to translate financial data to support actionable insights for decision making. The Newly Qualified Management Accountant, for this tech automotive business will take on a number of key duties including:
- Consolidation of group management accounts, balance sheet and cash flow reporting.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations, and identify and investigate discrepancies.
- Business partner with departmental executives to assist in optimising financial performance.
- Ensure timely closing of monthly and yearly financial accounts, including journal entries.
- Communicating financial data to non-financial managers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes.
- Build in depth revenue analysis for commercial heads.
Profile
The ideal profile for this Newly Qualified Management Accountant role should have the following attributes:
- Recent accountancy qualification (ICAEW/ICAS, ACCA or CIMA)
- Hands-on experience in producing management account packs and month-end processes
- Experience in business partnering with non-finance members
- Advanced Excel and confidence in using accounting softwares
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Salary & Benefits
£55,000 to £65,000 + additional benefits including:

The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
