Meraki Talent is working with a Top 20 firm, and rapidly growing mid-tier Chartered Accountancy firm on the position of Partner.Our client is seeking an experienced general practice accounting professional looking for an exciting opportunity, and who is interested in taking their career to the next level. This is a rapidly growing business employing over 2000 accounting professionals across the UK.The position is open to individuals operating at a senior level already and will be based in East London.The firm:The firm has a strong reputation for excellence and commitment to delivering outstanding client service. They have a strong footprint in the Southeast region, as well as multiple offices spread out across the UK.The firm operate a full service offering of accounting services including Audit, Corporate Finance, Business Services, Outsourced finance, Tax etc. with this particular position having a general practice focus.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of clients, provide expert financial reporting and management services.
  • Business Partner with clients, offering strategic business advice to clients, assisting them in achieving their financial goals and to enhance their operations.
  • Oversee, manage, and advise on tax compliance and advisory services, ensuring clients are not only informed of their obligations and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement growth strategies for the firm.
  • Mentor, coach, and train staff of all levels, from less experienced staff on training contracts through to mid manager level, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification.
  • Extensive experience in general practice, with a strong background in financial reporting, management, and tax.
  • Proven history of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for driving growth and innovation.
