  • Payroll Specialist UK only - £20p/h
  • Payroll Specialist with EU and UK – £25p/h - £30p/h

JGA are partnered with an exciting, market leading business in their sector looking for assistance with their UK and EU payroll requirements.
  
This is a hybrid role, 4 days per week in the London office until January, decreasing to 2 days per week in office after.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing all PAYE related queries for 450+ staff, 50% of which UK based including PAYE end of year procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Assist with the administration of workplace pension schemes, including enrolment, contributions, and reporting.
  • Managing employee & HMRC queries and liaise with all levels of clientele.
  • Progress, improve, and streamline internal processes.
  • Advise clients on latest HMRC legislative changes.
  
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of UK payroll (essential)
  • Ideally have knowledge of German, French and Italian payroll
  • Experience / knowledge in end-to-end payroll
  • Proven experience in payroll administration, with a strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
  • Experience with workplace pension administration.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex payroll concepts clearly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Attentive to detail and organized.
