Your new companyI am currently working with a global law firm that is looking for a Project Accountant to come in and work closely with the business and external client, being the key point of contact. They are looking for a qualified accountant who can take on the fast-paced environment on a 6-month FTC.
Your new role
- Creating KPI dashboards, reporting on variances and maintaining all data, reporting back to the law firm and client
- Being proactive and attending all legal meetings insuring all parties are updated on data and costs
- Responsible for running regular meetings and calls with the client, discussing and presenting all costs, current situation of the project and any key milestones
- Providing accurate tracking of all fees billed
- Producing and scheduling reports on all data related to the project, making sure all costs, WIP and variances are accurate
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified accountant with experience in cost budgeting and client-facing
- Legal accounting/project management is desirable
- Experience creating dashboards and cost analysis
- Advanced skills with Microsoft excel
- Someone who can deal with a fast-paced environment, is a great communicator and can meet tight deadlines
