The role is extremely challenging and varied, reporting to the Finance Controller, and taking charge of day-to-day projects as well as firefighting finance and operation challenges.

  • Support Director of Finance in Adhoc project requests
  • Support Director of Finance on adhoc analysis for Ownership
  • Ownership Reporting - P&L, Cashflow and other adhoc requests
  • Lender Reporting - Covenant reporting
  • Finance Lead for Renovation
  • Overall controller for CAPEX / FF&E
  • Manage key relationships and processes for the ongoing capital projects
  • Key part of the finance team for the budgeting process
  • Key finance person responsible for leases and other 3rd party arrangements
  • Review all Standard Operating Procedures and roll out training across the Group
  • Maintain insurance records and track ongoing claims

Experience:

  • You will be an experienced accountant, qualified or qualified by experience
  • Hospitality experience is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills
