The role is extremely challenging and varied, reporting to the Finance Controller, and taking charge of day-to-day projects as well as firefighting finance and operation challenges.

Support Director of Finance in Adhoc project requests
Support Director of Finance on adhoc analysis for Ownership
Ownership Reporting - P&L, Cashflow and other adhoc requests
Lender Reporting - Covenant reporting
Finance Lead for Renovation
Overall controller for CAPEX / FF&E
Manage key relationships and processes for the ongoing capital projects
Key part of the finance team for the budgeting process
Key finance person responsible for leases and other 3rd party arrangements
Review all Standard Operating Procedures and roll out training across the Group
Maintain insurance records and track ongoing claims

Experience:

You will be an experienced accountant, qualified or qualified by experience
Hospitality experience is advantageous
Strong communication skills
