Global Retailer, headquartered in London, are currently looking for a Senior Property Accountant.
This role will pay £38k-£40k, will offer hybrid working (3/2) and report into the Head of Property Accounts and partner landlords and internal teams across the business.

The main responsibilities are:
- Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for all leased buildings including P&L, balance sheet.
- Assist with property accounts for overall company financial statements
- Working with Head of Property Accounts to prepare and review budget and forecasts for all UK properties (100+)
- Working closely with Property Managers and acting as Lease Accounting expert on all matters.
- Reconciliation and management of all lease payments
Candidates must be / have:
- Part Qualified accountant / accounting experience
- An understanding of, and experience, working in a Property Accounting role in a multi-site business
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
