Property Accountant. OUR CLIENT is an established property owner and investor - who own a portfolio of mixed-use assets in central London. They now have a rare opportunity to join them as a Property Client Account to assume control of the management of accounting records and reporting for a designated portfolio of properties.

THE ROLE: The successful Property Accountant will be responsible for the following roles:

  • Maintaining Tenant records including assignments and rent reviews.
  • Preparing Completion Statement’s when requested for by the surveyors.
  • Setting up new properties and accounts.
  • Assisting Surveyors with service charge budgets and inputting into the system as well as calculating any shortfalls due to voids and caps.
  • Providing service charge and insurance liabilities for prospective tenants.
  • Reconciling service charges from collation to final.
  • Monthly and quarterly reporting on lease expiries, rent reviews and new leases.

THE PERSON: To apply for this role as a Property Accountant, you will:

  • Happy to work in the office 5 days a week.
