The Role:

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Property Director and Partner, offering expert tax advice and support across all property tax matters.

Your main focus will be on structuring corporate entities, ensuring tax compliance, and assisting with property transactions.

Key areas of responsibility include providing guidance on UK property deals, VAT, Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT), Corporate Interest Restriction (CIR) rules, and the Annual Tax on Enveloped Dwellings (ATED). Advising on SDLT, VAT, and other property-related tax matters

Requirements:
