Due to future succession planning and joining an extremely talented existing workforce the role is ideal for a strong achiever from the insurance industry or an individual from an insurance specialist accounting practice. Duties will be very broad ranging from involvement in syndicate accounting and reporting and management reporting with additional dedicated FP&A duties including production of budgets, forecasting, involvement in the annual planning process and partnering with key non-finance individuals in the business.
