JobPurpose

  • Plan, prepare, and review accounts, tax and audit for own portfolio of clients.
  • Lead the team, oversee workflow and ensure there is sufficient resourcing in place.
  • Liaise directly with clients to proactively handle queries and build trusted relationships.
  • Mentor junior staff with training and knowledge sharing.
  • Billing and budgeting.
  • Work closely with senior team members, ensuring expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met.
  • Promote and strive for customer service excellence and set an example to junior staff as a hands-on and proactive Senior Accountant.
  • Support the firm with the procurement of new business.
