- Support the UK finance function to ensure alignment with financial and strategic objectives.
- Assist with the annual year-end audit and prepare statutory accounts for legal entities.
- Support the preparation of weekly consolidated management accounts and KPIs.
- Perform weekly and monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting.
- Establish and develop relationships with shareholders, internal, and external stakeholders.
- Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, increase efficiency, and improve internal controls.
- Conduct data analysis to provide valuable insights into the business.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties as required.
- Qualified or qualified by experience (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with at least 2+ years in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience in a finance role, with strong audit experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with non-finance professionals.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong IT skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and work proactively.
- Experience working in a high-transaction industry.
- Experience using VISMA or RILLION.
- Knowledge of tax computations and Theatre Tax Relief.
- Passion for music, live events, or the entertainment industry.
- Experience in the music, entertainment, or food & beverage sector.
