What You’ll Do:

You’ll lead a skilled audit team, coordinating client portfolios and managing engagements from planning through to completion, all while upholding the firm’s high standards and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships, understanding their unique challenges within the NFP sector.
  • Audit Expertise: Lead audits using your deep knowledge of Charities SORP, Further & Higher Education SORP, and FRS102.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Supervise audit teams, offering coaching and career development opportunities.
  • Strategic Advisory: Provide valuable insights to clients, improving their operational and financial processes for long-term success.
Ideal Candidate:
