In this role, you’ll work directly with high-profile not-for-profits, charities, and educational organizations, ensuring compliance, financial integrity, and providing strategic audit insights. You’ll lead a skilled audit team, coordinating client portfolios and managing engagements from planning through to completion, all while upholding the firm’s high standards and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships, understanding their unique challenges within the NFP sector.
- Audit Expertise: Lead audits using your deep knowledge of Charities SORP, Further & Higher Education SORP, and FRS102.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Supervise audit teams, offering coaching and career development opportunities.
- Strategic Advisory: Provide valuable insights to clients, improving their operational and financial processes for long-term success.
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a qualified ACA/ACCA with proven experience in the not-for-profit sector, especially in higher education and charities. You bring a thorough understanding of the relevant SORP standards and a knack for managing client portfolios with strategic finesse.
