We have been appointed to support a well established accountancy practice grow out their business further with the hire of a seasoned Corporate Tax Director with ambitions to move into a partner role in the next 12-18 months.

The successful candidate will be entrusted with the oversight of intricate tax-related projects, ensuring they are executed with precision and align with the stringent regulatory frameworks. You will be at the forefront of advising on tax implications of business decisions, providing insightful guidance that will influence the firm's strategic direction.

Your responsibilities will include leading the tax department with a focus on fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional development. You will be expected to mentor a team of adept tax professionals, nurturing their growth and enhancing their expertise in complex tax matters.

In addition to your technical prowess, your role will require a collaborative spirit as you work closely with senior stakeholders to identify tax planning opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
