Your new companyA fantastic Finance/Tax Administrator opportunity has arisen with a leading educational membership organisation based in Central London. This is a permanent role which offers flexible hybrid working (1 day in the office per month). Your new role

  • Run monthly income reports from the CRM system for internationally.
  • Raising sales invoices on a monthly basis.
  • Assisting with annual membership invoicing and any ad-hoc billing needed.
  • Using spreadsheets to update the monthly tax liability to ensure the sales tax is calculated at the correct rate for each country.
  • Regular communication with tax partners in the UK and overseas to ensure all rates are correct.
  • Creating monthly reports of all the liabilities to be included as part of the month-end schedule.
  • Setting up tax payments to the various partners in each country.
  • Working with the Accounts Receivable and Credit Controller to meet invoicing deadlines and support with credit control when needed.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Over five years' experience working in a finance and accounts department.
  • Experience using a CRM system and other finance systems.
  • Experience posting sales invoices and resolving payment queries.
  • Experience working with large volumes of data.
  • Credit control experience would be beneficial - chasing customers for payments.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
