adley Green is exclusively partnering a fast-growth, global business to recruit a Senior Financial Accountant with experience in Tax for a newly created role.

This role is based in London and will report into the Global Head of Tax in a growing Tax function.

Candidates must have experience in Tax - this is not a Tax Technical role.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Qualified Tax Accountant to join a business going through huge growth. Founded in 2015, the company is now £350m revenue and valued at £1bn + and so there are lots of opportunity for progression and development.

This role would suit someone who qualified through practice and looking for their first industry role or someone who has qualified through industry.

The role will pay £65k - £75k plus 40% bonus and fantastic benefits (free gym, 10% pension) and will be based in their offices in Central London.

The responsibilities are:

  • Maintenance of the tax accounts on a monthly basis in accordance with accounting team’s month end close timetable
  • Preparation of tax numbers and disclosures in annual statutory accounts in accordance with the agreed audit timetable and liaising with auditors regarding same
  • Preparation of intercompany service charge and interest calculations in accordance with the group’s transfer pricing policy and invoicing same
  • Management of intercompany balances and associated documentation, reconciliations / regularisation
  • Responsible for ongoing review of group wide entity liquidity position and recommendations as to dividends and further capitalisation.

Candidates should be/have:

  • Qualified accountant with some Tax experience and the willingness to go into a Tax focussed role.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, fast-growth business
