A dynamic buy-side financial services firm in London is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant.
The ideal candidate is a recently qualified accountant with experience in the Financial Services industry, preferably moving from Audit.
Responsibilities include managing the month-end close process, cash flow management, and producing management accounts for review.
The position requires a qualified accountant with analytical skills and attention to detail, with a salary of £60,000 to £70,000.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in the Financial Services sector, and the role does not provide sponsorship.

A dynamic buy-side financial services firm is currently recruiting for a Senior Financial Accountant to join their team in London. They are actively looking for a recently qualified accountant who is either moving into industry from Audit or wanting to continue their journey within the Financial Services space. This role does not have capacity to sponsor.

Responsibilities

Management of the month end close process, ownership of all balance sheet recs and production of management accounts for review by the CFO
Setting up payments on the company's bank account
Working with the CFO to manage cashflow
Working with the CFO to produce the month Management Accounts and KPI report for the Senior Leadership team, Founders and Investors
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting for the business
Management of all AR for the company including raising invoices and credit control
Management of all AP for the company
Other ad hoc tasks as needed

Requirements:

Qualified Accountant
Experience working in the Financial Services industry
Analytical and detail orientated
Experience with Xero and Salesforce is desirable but not required
