An exciting opportunity exists for a Qualified Senior Financial Accountant to join a Global Hospitality Group based in Central on a permanent basis.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting and offers a salary of £65,000.
Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with IFRS, managing month-end and year-end closing processes, and delivering monthly consolidated accounts.
The position involves leading a team of finance professionals and requires advanced Excel skills along with strong communication abilities.
The role allows for one day of remote work each week, offers 20 days of holiday plus bank holidays, and includes a 50% discount on restaurants within the group.

An exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Qualified Senior Financial Accountant to join a Global Hospitality Group based in Central on a permanent basis. This role provides hands-on accounting control and strategic financial insights, guiding the business toward successful growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance & Financial Reporting:
Ensure strict compliance with IFRS, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting and managing the year-end group audit.
Deliver monthly consolidated accounts for various subgroups within the business.
Prepare audit packs for all sites, making necessary adjustments, and resolving audit queries.
Prepare statutory accounts for all entities, including iXBRL tagging, and ensure timely filings with Companies House and HMRC.
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative approach

Advanced Excel is essential, coupled with first-rate communication/interpersonal skills, as you will be liaising with stakeholders and non-financial managers. Experience in the hospitality industry is desirable but not essential. The role offers one day a week working from home. Working hours are 09.00 to 18.00, 20 days holiday plus Bank holidays and 50% discount on restaurants within the group.
