Senior Fund Accountant Mayfair London £75,000-£85,000 plus bonus

1. The basic salary range is between £75-£85k, plus a discretionary bonus (typically at 20%).
2. The ideal candidate should be fully qualified with either ACCA/CIMA/ACA.
3. Possess a strong educational background (with a minimum of 2:1 at a degree level) and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the private real estate sector.
4. A good Knowledge of the UK and international tax regime as well as UK and international Accounting GAAPs is essential.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and experience in liaising with senior managers is required.
6. Advanced knowledge and experience in Microsoft packages, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is a must.
7. Proficiency with accounting systems and the ability to lead projects is also important.

The role will involve reviewing various accounts, preparing reports, and supervising another team member.
