A rapidly growing specialist Property & Casualty insurance company is recruiting for a Senior Insurance Accountant to join its UK team.Reporting to the CFO the successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate underwriting results reporting, insurance accounting, internal controls, budgeting, and reporting. You will also participate in projects, supporting the CFO to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Finance Team performance.Applicants need to be qualified accountants with at least five years of relevant insurance accounting experience including UK GAAP and Solvency II, have a strong desire to learn and be continuously challenged with a "Can do" attitude, and have the ability to build trusted relationships with business partners both internally and externally.
