An award-winning Banking group based in the City of London has an excellent opportunity for an IT Auditor to join a well-established and growing team.
This is a hybrid role working 3 days per week in the City of London and 2 days / week homeworking.
Key Responsibilities - Senior IT Auditor
- Performing end-to-end IT audit activities.
- Contributing to the delivery of quality risk-based, value-adding IT audit work on a timely basis in line with methodology:
- Defining risks, controls and understanding design and operational effectiveness
- Leading sections and assisting with co-ordination of audits, including engagement in planning, execution, IT audit testing, reporting and audit file completion
- Managing relationships with business staff professionally and effectively
- Producing quality analysis and input to the annual risk assessment process and related annual audit plan
- Tracking allocated outstanding management actions through to closure.
- Delivering business monitoring ensuring that appropriate audit plans are developed for changes in business activities and objectives.
Skills & Experience - Senior IT Auditor
- Full cycle IT Audit experience.
- An IT Audit / IT Risk qualification - CISA or CISM.
- A proven track record of executing IT audit testing.
- A strong understanding of IT risk and (IT GCs) control principles.
- Display a high level of motivation and ability to work in an organised manner under pressure.
- The proven ability to build strong relationships with auditees.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
