Senior Management Accountant

We are looking for a Management Accountant, with extensive Debits and Credits knowledge, ideally coming from a large business, to join a Large Advertising Agency, who are a subsidiary of one of the Big 4 in the Advertising industry, as a Senior Management Accountant. Paying £53-58k and based in Central London with hybrid working, this an incredibly varied position covering aspects of Management Accounting, Statutory accounts, Consolidations, Intercompany and Lease Accounting.

The Role

• Generate monthly Profit and Loss statements, including commentary on significant variances.
• Conduct reconciliations between the general ledger and management accounts.
• Create departmental P&L statements and present summaries to key stakeholders as needed.
• Analyse the Balance Sheet and explain variances compared to budget and prior quarters.
• Analysis of the monthly P&L and variances to forecast and commentary on material variances.
• Prepare the year-end financial statements under UK GAAP and associated documents.
• There will be a plethora of opportunities to move within the wider business as the organisation have a very large Finance team based in London.

Your Profile

• You will need to have extensive Management Accounting experience and be able to produce full sets of Management Accounts.
• You will need to come from a large company background.
• Applicants who are part qualified, finalists or fully qualified will all be considered.
