An established Property Management Company is seeking to recruit a member for their Service Charge Accounting team.
Candidates must have significant experience in Service Charge Accounting, including preparing draft budgets and year-end accounts.
Responsibilities include reviewing Service Charge Accounts, liaising with external accountants, and setting up new properties.
The position offers a salary of £45,000 per year and requires at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Employees can work from home 3 days a week, with 2 days in the office.

As established Property Management Company with an excellent reputation is looking to recruit an additional member for their Service Charge Accounting team.

Applicants will require previous and significant experience in Service Charge Accounting and will be expected to:

Prepare draft budgets
Preparation of year end accounts
Review Service Charge Accounts and liaise with external Accountants
Setting up new properties and ensuring that all documentation is in place
Producing quarterly actual vs budget reports
Producing ad-hoc reports

You will be able to work from home 3 days per week, with the other 2 days in the office.
